Abstract

Introduction. The modern development of BIM technologies indicates the growth of their capabilities and advantages for construction enterprises, which indicates the relevance of the study of the chosen topic.

Purpose. The purpose of the article is to systematize the features and characterize the factors of the implementation of building information modeling (BIM technologies) in the management of construction enterprise projects.

Materials and methods. The study used a methodological base aimed at implementing the specified goal. In particular, using analytical and scientific materials, a survey analysis of the approaches of scientists to the issue of establishing characteristics of the areas of application and evolution of BIM technologies was carried out. Guided by the provisions of the subject method, the composition of persons involved in the use of BIM technologies was determined. Factor analysis allows us to establish a list of factors for the implementation of these technologies.

Results. The article determines that the main features (technologies and directions) of the implementation of building information modeling (BIM technologies) in the management of construction enterprise projects are related to the specifics of these technologies and their areas of application. The following main building information modeling (BIM) technologies are distinguished, in particular: Green Building Studio (GBS) (software that allows engineers to assess the carbon footprint and energy profiles of different categories of buildings)); Virtual Environment of Integrated Environmental Solutions (IES-VE) (software used for seamless and reliable data transfer between the virtual environment (VE) and BIM); Naviswork (allows experts to explore and analyze 3D models created by various design tools for project evaluation and coordination); Revit (visualization of 3D models and rendering with the integration of interdisciplinary branches of architecture, engineering). The use of these technologies is carried out using tools that are created on the basis of their combination and synergy.

A list of the main directions of using BIM technologies in project management of construction enterprises was presented, including: the direction of using BIM technologies in ensuring the construction of engineering projects, associated with the ability to record and demonstrate various construction data of the entire construction process; the direction of using BIM technologies to improve management during the implementation of a construction project (the ability to integrate the necessary information and filter what is needed by combining and analyzing historical data, thus offering the optimal solution for managing the construction process); the direction of using BIM technologies during design (increasing the efficiency and quality of design, reducing construction costs through joint design and identifying conflicts).

The composition of factors for the implementation of building information modeling (BIM technologies) in project management of construction enterprises was highlighted, namely: the factor of accuracy and detailing; the factor of experience and skills; the factor of technology quality; the factor of the expected benefits of BIM for enterprises; the factor of tool speed; The factor of perceived usefulness, which is defined as the user's intentions to use technologies from the standpoint of the possibility of realizing their own goals and interests with their help.

Discussion. Prospects for further research on this issue may provide a guideline for substantiating the creation of new BIM technologies formed using digital intelligent tools in the context of the Construction 5.0 paradigm guideline.
