Abstract

Introduction. Under conditions of accelerated digitalization and increasing environmental turbulence, the logic of enterprise strategic management is transforming from static models to dynamic, data-driven systems. At the same time, the practical implementation of digital solutions remains fragmented, which creates a gap between technological potential and managerial outcomes and necessitates the development of coherent approaches to their integration into strategic management

Purpose. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the theoretical and methodological foundations and to develop practical approaches to integrating digital solutions into the system of enterprise strategic management in the context of a dynamic digital environment.

Materials and methods. The study is based on regulatory and legal sources as well as scientific works of domestic and foreign researchers in the fields of digital transformation and strategic management. The research employs methods of theoretical generalization, analysis and synthesis, formalization, and logical generalization of results.

Results. The article reveals the essence of digital solutions as a driver of transformation in strategic management and substantiates their role in forming a continuous analytical decision-making loop. The mechanisms for ensuring adaptability and validity of strategic decisions through the integration of data and analytics are identified. Methodological approaches to integrating digital tools are systematized with regard to the interconnection between managerial processes and information flows. Key organizational, technological, and competency-related challenges that hinder effective digital transformation are identified. Practical recommendations and an implementation algorithm are proposed to enhance strategic flexibility and enterprise competitiveness.

Perspectives. Further research should focus on developing methods for evaluating the effectiveness of digital solutions in strategic management, advancing models of AI application in strategic planning, and exploring the transformation of business models within digital ecosystems.
