1. General principles

The journal follows the recommendations of the Fair Open Access Alliance regarding a transparent fee structure, taking into account Principle 5 of Plan S.

The publication fee is used exclusively to cover the costs associated with editorial preparation and technical support of publication: editorial and technical processing of manuscripts, typesetting, administration of the editorial system, DOI assignment, maintenance of the journal website, and archiving of materials.

Payment of the APC and any additional services does not influence editorial decisions. All manuscripts undergo independent peer review, and publication decisions are made solely on the basis of scientific quality, academic merit, and relevance to the journal's scope and aims.

2. Time of payment

Submission of the manuscript and its peer review are free of charge.

The publication fee is paid only after the article has been accepted for publication.

Payment details are sent to the author after a positive decision on publication of the article.

After payment, it is necessary to send a copy of the receipt to the editorial office by e-mail.

3. Refund policy

Refunds are possible only in cases of substantial circumstances that make publication of the article impossible after completion of the editorial process. The fee is not refunded in the event of withdrawal of the article by the authors, retraction or correction of the article by the editorial office, force majeure circumstances, or other cases beyond the control of the editorial office.
