Purpose and objectives

The aim of the scientific journal “Modern Doctrine of Law” is to promote the development of legal scholarship, contribute to the formation of contemporary legal doctrine, and disseminate the results of fundamental and applied research in the field of law.

The journal focuses on highlighting current issues in the theory and practice of law, analyzing modern trends in the development of national and international legislation, and facilitating the integration of Ukrainian legal science into the global academic community.

The journal provides a scholarly platform for the exchange of research findings among researchers, academics, legal practitioners, doctoral candidates, and early-career scholars.
