INNOVATIVE APPROACHES TO IMPROVING A COMPANY’S FINANCIAL DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY

Introduction. In the context of dynamic changes in the market environment, intensifying competition, and globalization processes, the issue of formulating and implementing an effective financial strategy for enterprise development has become particularly relevant. Financial strategy is a key element of the strategic management system, as it determines the directions for the use of financial resources and ensures the enterprise’s financial stability and competitiveness in the long term. In this context and under today’s extremely complex economic conditions, the importance of formulating and adhering to an effective financial strategy capable of ensuring the enterprise’s stability and further development is growing.
Purpose. The purpose of this study is to provide a theoretical and methodological justification for the enterprise’s financial strategy and to develop a methodological approach to its formulation and implementation.
Materials and methods. This study is based on the systematic method of cognition. The research was conducted using a range of general and specific methods, including: generalization and analogy – to substantiate the theoretical aspects of corporate financial strategy; computational-constructive – to collect analytical data and analyze calculated indicators; statistical and economic methods (observation, comparison) – to identify problems in implementing financial strategy in the enterprise’s operations; modeling – to formulate prospects for the enterprise’s development through the effective implementation of financial strategy.
Results. This research article examines contemporary innovative approaches to improving a company’s financial development strategy in the context of the digital transformation of the economy, intensifying global competition, and a highly uncertain business environment. The essence of financial strategy as a key element of the enterprise’s strategic management system is revealed. The main factors influencing the transformation of financial strategies in the current economic environment are identified. Particular attention is paid to the digitalization of financial management, the use of financial analytics, ESG approaches, financial flexibility, innovative financial instruments, and modern capital-raising mechanisms. Directions for improving an enterprise’s financial strategy are substantiated, taking into account the need to ensure long-term sustainability and competitiveness.
Discussion. Further research is proposed to focus on forecasting the implementation of a company’s financial strategy under conditions of uncertainty, as well as providing an appropriate methodology for its implementation.
