Introduction. Introduction. In the context of the digital transformation of the economy, transport and logistics systems play an important role in ensuring the efficient functioning of enterprises, regional infrastructure, and supply chains. The modern development of logistics systems is characterized by the increasing complexity of transport and logistics processes, growing requirements for information processing speed, infrastructure adaptability, and effective coordination among participants in logistics processes. Traditional models of transport and logistics system management are gradually losing their effectiveness due to fragmented information flows, insufficient integration of digital services, and limited opportunities for rapid response to changes in the external environment. Under such conditions, the use of intelligent transport and logistics systems and modern project management mechanisms becomes especially important.
Purpose. The purpose of the study is to analyze the principles of project management for the development of intelligent transport and logistics systems and to develop a model of integrated management of transport, logistics, and information processes in the context of digital transformation.
Materials and methods. The materials of the study are scientific works of domestic and foreign authors in the field of project management, digital transformation of logistics, Logistics 4.0, intelligent transport and logistics systems, and digital platforms for logistics process management. In the course of the study, the methods of system analysis and generalization were used to investigate the principles of development of intelligent transport and logistics systems; methods of analysis and synthesis were used to form a model of project management for the development of logistics systems; methods of logical generalization were used to formulate conclusions and determine prospects for the development of intelligent transport and logistics systems.
Results. The article investigates the impact of digital transformation on the development of transport and logistics systems and identifies the role of digital platforms, monitoring systems, big data analytics, IoT technologies, and artificial intelligence technologies in the formation of intelligent logistics systems. The principles of project management for the development of intelligent transport and logistics systems are analyzed, including a systemic approach to the integration of transport, logistics, and information processes, the use of digital technologies in management processes, as well as risk management mechanisms and ensuring the resilience of logistics systems. Within the framework of the study, a model of project management for the development of an intelligent transport and logistics system is proposed, which is based on the integration of transport infrastructure, logistics processes, a digital monitoring platform, an analytical module, a risk management module, and a decision support system within a unified digital environment. A feature of the proposed model is the use of project management as a governing framework that ensures planning, coordination, control, resource management, and change management in the process of developing the transport and logistics system.
Discussion. Further scientific research should focus on the development of methods for evaluating the effectiveness of intelligent transport and logistics systems, studying the mechanisms of integration of AI technologies and digital twins into transport and logistics processes, as well as improving adaptive management models for digital transport and logistics infrastructure.
