Introduction. The modern economic environment is characterized by high dynamism, increasing uncertainty and rapid transformation of technologies. In these conditions, organizations are forced to review traditional approaches to strategic management and implement digital tools that can increase the effectiveness of analytics and support management decision-making.
The article examines the integration of artificial intelligence technologies into the processes of strategic management of organizations. As a result of the study, the author developed a conceptual model of integrating artificial intelligence into the strategic management of organizations, identified the main advantages of using AI technologies in strategic management, in particular, increasing the accuracy of analytical assessments, supporting forecasting and optimizing management decisions. The results obtained can be used for further research into the digital transformation of management and developing practical recommendations for the implementation of artificial intelligence technologies in the activities of organizations.
The purpose of the article is to study the features of integrating artificial intelligence into the strategic management of organizations and develop a conceptual model of such integration, taking into account resource, institutional and behavioral factors.
Materials and methods. The materials include publications in leading international journals on management and information systems, which allowed us to identify key approaches to the application of artificial intelligence in strategic management, as well as to determine the main theoretical concepts (resource-oriented approach, dynamic capabilities theory, hybrid intelligence concept). The empirical basis of the study is formed on the basis of open sources, analytical reports and corporate materials of Ukrainian enterprises.
The study has a mixed-methods design, which involves the use of a systematic review of scientific literature, comparative analysis and case analysis of the practice of Ukrainian companies. Comparative analysis was applied to the practices of implementing AI technologies in the activities of companies in different sectors of the economy. The case analysis method allowed us to consider in detail the features of implementing AI solutions in specific companies and identify typical effects of their use for management processes. To interpret the results, a systems approach was used, which allows considering artificial intelligence as an element of a complex organizational system that interacts with human capital, management structures and the external environment. This made it possible to assess not only the technological aspects of AI implementation, but also its impact on the strategic decision-making process, organizational learning and adaptability of enterprises.
Results. The study confirms that the integration of artificial intelligence into strategic management significantly increases the effectiveness of decision-making, especially in unstable post-crisis conditions. The interaction of humans and algorithmic systems in the process of managing organizations emphasizes the importance of combining the analytical capabilities of artificial intelligence with human managerial expertise, which allows for the formation of more substantiated strategic decisions.
The scientific novelty lies in the development of a conceptual model of integrating artificial intelligence into the strategic management of organizations, which, unlike existing approaches, combines resource, institutional and behavioral factors and takes into account the multi-level management structure. The results support the feasibility of developing an AI-based strategic management framework that incorporates data analytics, predictive modeling, and adaptive learning mechanisms into organizational strategy formulation and execution.
Discussion. Further research could focus on longitudinal data, explore cross-industry comparisons, and examine the ethical implications of using AI in strategic decision-making.
