Aim and Objectives of the Journal

The aim of the scientific journal “Public Administration and National Security” is to create a modern academic platform for publishing the results of fundamental and applied research in the fields of public administration, economics, international relations, finance, and management aimed at developing effective mechanisms of public governance, ensuring economic development, financial stability, and strengthening national security in the context of global transformations and contemporary geopolitical challenges.

The journal contributes to the development of scientific thought in the field of public governance and administration, economic policy, international economic relations, and financial systems, as well as to the dissemination of research results that have theoretical and practical significance for the development of public policy, improvement of management practices, and ensuring sustainable socio-economic development.

The main objectives of the journal are:

  • to publish the results of relevant fundamental and applied scientific research in the fields of economics, international relations, finance, management, and public administration;
  • to promote scientific discussion on contemporary issues of public governance, economic policy, financial regulation, and national security;
  • to support interdisciplinary research combining economic, managerial, financial, political, and security aspects of state development;
  • to disseminate modern methodological approaches, analytical tools, and management models in the field of public administration and economic development;
  • to encourage research aimed at improving the system of public administration, strengthening institutional capacity, and increasing the effectiveness of managerial decision-making;
  • to promote international scientific cooperation and integration of the Ukrainian academic community into the global scientific space;
  • to ensure open access to research results and dissemination of scientific knowledge among scholars, practitioners, public authorities, and local self-government bodies;
  • to improve the quality of scientific publications through the implementation of modern standards of academic integrity, peer review, and editorial ethics.
