PROFESSIONAL VALUES AS PREDICTORS OF PROFESSIONAL IDENTITY FORMATION OF FUTURE EDUCATORS

The article analyzes values as a universal category for explaining relevant issues of human existence, the motivational basis of his attitudes and behavior, principles and norms of life, ideals and drivers of activity. It is recognized that human activity is determined by the accepted system of values and is regulated through them. The importance of the formation of value guidelines of future educators is substantiated in view of a wide system of factors that contribute to changes in their axiosphere. Emphasis is placed on the connection of primary professional identification with the understanding and acceptance of the values of the professional group, which are a special subject of assimilation. The organization of the educational process is considered from the point of view of creating appropriate conditions, thanks to which pedagogical knowledge and acquired competences receive a valuable context. The necessity of modeling the axiosphere of future educators with regard to understanding (cognitive component) and acceptance of values (emotional component), as well as their implementation in educational practice (activity-behavioral component) is argued. The need for adequate value-meaningful development of future educators in the conditions of pedagogization of their thinking, personalization of educational information, organization of educational dialogue, thanks to which the creation of a didactic and communicative environment is possible, has been determined. In it, the values of pedagogical activity are mastered, a valuable attitude towards oneself as a subject of future professional activity is formed, and the values themselves are transferred to the sphere of activity and communication.
